Love hurts

First off, let me apologize that I didn't have internet connection for the past two days and won't again tomorrow unfortunately. This weekend has been crazy busy for me as well. I may just fall asleep typing this blog. (:
Tomorrow is either a very fun or very lame holiday for many. Valentines day has been around for a long time and has hung around for the reason of relationships and love. It's an excuse to buy the wife flowers or to take the husband to dinner and share a romantic evening. As teenagers and young adults, we look at it as an opportunity to buy each other cheesy teddy bears and chocolates. Either way, I get asked a lot of questions on relationships, so here are my thoughts from a deeper point of view.
Take a leap of faith- I always say go for it. It may be the thing you are most afraid of, but why wait around wondering what could have been when you could be living it out. It's worth a shot and if you try to tell someone you like them and they don't feel the same way it's not the end of the world. Most of the time they just forget about it.
Follow your heart- Your emotions are important. Following your heart is key. Don't keep Mr. or Mrs. wrong just because of social status, money or other reasons. There is a world of people out there that would love to have you for who you are. If you are stuck between two guys or gals, choose the one that makes you happy.
Don't blame yourself- If it doesn't work out that doesn't mean anything. It doesn't mean that you are ugly, worthless or that you have no hope in relationships. That means he or she just wasn't right for you. Pick yourself back up and keep on truckin' along!
Have a great Valentines day no matter how you will be celebrating.
You are loved.
